Our Policies

In the interest of the Humanitarian Society for the Care of Patients and People with Special Needs to establish principles of transparency and accountability, and to present its programs with high quality, the association has worked since its establishment to build a set of policies and procedures that aim to announce the rules that are committed to their application and the mechanisms and steps for their application through its policies:

Institutions working with children are morally and legal responsible for providing protection to children’s who they are working with.

The overall aim this policy is to establish common structures and standards across the Humanitarian Organization for patients care and persons with special needs through its work with children.

This policy and procedures successfully recognize the limits of providing employees proper guidance for appropriate behavior at work and draw a line between that and employees lives outside the workplace.

These internal regulations form an integral part of the employment contract. They apply to all employees contracted with the humanitarian organization for patients care and special needs.

It ensure the application of effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems with a view to maximizing the benefits from humanitarian organization for patients care and persons with special needs interventions.

More specifically, this policy mainly aims to:
